Verify your site on Google

Verifying your site with Google is one step towards making sure Google indexes your page properly. Of course, neither we nor Google can guarantee how well your site will rank in Google as there are many different parameters. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a complex process but there are a few things we can do to help speed things up.

In this article, we like to help you to verify your website with Google.

Step 1: Visit this page and choose the right option (URL Prefix) and enter the full URL of your website. After that, click continue.

Step 2: On the next screen, make sure to select "HTML tag" and copy the code. It should look like this:

Just to make sure, the code you have copied to your clipboard should look something like this:

Step 3: Go into your Carbonmade portfolio, click the little ⚙️icon in the bottom left corner to access your account settings, then click on SEO at the top and paste your code below into the input field.

Step 4: Go back to the Google Verify website and click the VERIFY button. And there we go, done and done! Now we just need a little bit of patience and let Google do the things they do.
